These terms and conditions will apply to all persons and representatives of those participating in itineraries and travels from Exclusive Spain, hereby known as “You”, “Your”, “User”, “Client”, “Traveller”, and all terms generally referring to you. “Exclusive Spain”, “Our” and “We” refers to Exclusive Spain, a subsidiary of Exclusive Spain SL. By purchasing and participating in our services, you agree to and will be subject to all conditions in this article.
Responsibility and Services
Exclusive Spain solely operates as a itinerary and tour organizer, and as such contracts service providers to perform these tours. These service providers include, hotels, transportation services, sightseeing tours, guides, and other categories. Exclusive Spain is only an intermediary for these services. Each of these service providers has their own terms and conditions, and Exclusive Spain cannot be held responsible for violations of these trusts by our customers. As such, you will be entering into separate contracts with each provider used. Please make sure you understand each provider’s rules and regulations before your trip.
You agree to indemnify Exclusive Spain and our affiliates, and any of our service providers, and any employees and agents of Exclusive Spain and these providers from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, damages, or other costs, (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) brought by you or third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or rights of any third party, or your use of our website.
Exclusive Spain strongly recommends that all travellers purchase travel protection insurance before embarking upon their trip, and that the policy purchased includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage delay, emergency medical and injury coverage and/or evacuation, and travel delays. Exclusive Spain WILL NOT be held responsible for any injury occurring during the duration of your trip, nor will it be held financially responsible for damages and injuries incurred during your trip.
Documentation and Travel
Clients must be prepared to travel with all proper legal documentation required for travel into Spain. Please ensure you are able to enter Spain and the European Union if you have a criminal record or you think there may be any special conditions relevant to your travel – please do not hesitate to inquire with us if you have any concerns. Parents traveling with children should travel with the children’s identification documents as well. Travellers from certain countries DO REQUIRE a visa to enter Spain – please double check here.
Payment and Reliability
We will reserve and do all possible to ensure that bookings and services are completely rendered, but we cannot be held responsible for price increase, price change, or cancellation due to service providers, force majeure, or acts of God. Exclusive Spain will inform you as soon as possible and attempt to reschedule. Any applicable refunds or benefits from these cancellations will be conferred to you. Please also note that when Exclusive Spain makes a reservation for service providers and airlines on your behalf, these prices are not guaranteed, and may be subject to change. If you would like to cancel your trip reservation, please do so as soon as possible in advance, and we will do our best to refund you all payment. Refunds are NOT guaranteed.
By providing Exclusive Spain with your payment information, you agree to pay all charges in full when applicable, and Exclusive Spain reserves the right to refuse personal checks.
The website www.ExclusiveSpain.es is offered as an informational supplement only, and this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Please make sure you inquire with Exclusive Spain about any specific requests.
Exclusive Spain reserves the right to alter and change these Terms and Conditions as it sees fit, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they understand these Terms and Conditions before agreeing to a trip or using ExclusiveSpain.es.
